EYFS TEACHING ASSISTANTS TO SUPPORT SEND

Fixed Term Contract to 31 August 2023

30 hours per week, term time only

Scale 3 (£23,838-£24,270 pro rata)

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals who would like to join our friendly team. You will play an important role in raising the achievement of our children. Candidates should be well-motivated and have a calm manner.

Rhyl is a friendly and very supportive school with a high number of children who have SEND and we are very proud of our excellent reputation for Inclusion. Our success is due to the hard work and commitment of all of our staff team and we provide training and CPD to enable support staff to fulfil their role to a very high standard.

The successful candidates will have had experience of working with pupils with language and communication needs and experience of using strategies to support Autism or Communication and Language needs. The role will require candidates to provide 1:1 and small group support for children with complex and medical needs in our Early Years provision.

FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

3 days per week term time only

We invite applications for the post of Finance Administrator at Rhyl Community Primary School. We are a happy and inclusive two-form entry primary school across 2 sites in Kentish Town. We are a forward thinking and creative school with exceptional children who are keen to learn and a committed and friendly staff team.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, honest, flexible and trustworthy and able to work in a busy environment with adults and children alike. Previous financial experience and a good knowledge of office software packages as well as proficiency in English and Maths is essential. Knowledge of school management systems and experience of working in schools is desirable.

You will:

  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be well organised, reliable and able to manage time effectively
  • Be approachable and friendly
  • Possess self-motivation and initiative to work as part of a team as well as individually
